  • Stopping for a bit of lavender pollen this honey seems to be enjoying the warm weather.
  • Lobby of the West Baden Hotel in West Baden Indiana. Love the old feel here. The soft light, this was the largest domed structure from 1902 until the Astrodome was built. Very interesting history and fantastic light!

  • At Cannon Beach low tide at Haystack rock left lots of tidepools open for exploration. This beautifully colored anemone with his teal and peacock blue was striking against the babies behind.
  • "Lady"<br /> Walking on Cannon Beach this weekend I came upon this Lady sitting on a muscle in the sand.<br /> The little splash of orange against the sand was quite eye catching!<br /> Hope all the moms had a fantastic Mother's Day!

  • Well it must be spring in Oregon as it is partially hailing,raining, sunshining kind of a day..<br /> So here is one of my early shots of Yellowstone, I just love the features reflected in the rocks here. What a fantastic spot..to bad it is a giant volcano, set one day to have a giant explosion! But for today, I will enjoy the beauty!<br /> This was layers of rock that have erroded away over the years by the minerals..The sky reflected into it and brought out all these lovely colors...<br /> Thanks everyone!
  • Mt Hood on a clear spring day in April, 2012. appx 11, 250 feet in altitude it has 11 glaciers and is a favorite for mountain climbers. They are expecting another 50 inches of snow up there as well as 50 mph winds..however, you can ski year round from Timberline Lodge!
