  • Quiet, stil and calming as the afternoon sun turns the bushes by this lake a brilliant golden color.<br /> Taken in central Oregon near Mt Batchelor
  • One of those wild weather days when you get a buffet of weather..the sun came out just at sundown and put on this beautiful show of a double rainbow.

  • Well one thing about being up in Oregon is we get a LOT of clouds, as I looked up the other day I noticed we had a Camel cloud floating by..probably heading to warmer climes!

  • "Decisions"<br /> Ok, keeping with the creepy traditions of Halloween, here is a shot from Yellowstone. I used a bit of shadow to enhance but that is all, Yellowstone paints its beauty vividly! I think I'll take the one on the right...:) happy Howloween!

  • This scene captured at Little Crater Lake this month shows a natural crack in the earth's crust..water bubles up at 34 degrees year round...brrrr, leading to incredible blues and crystal clear spring. Amazing spot.

  • Mt Hood late afternoon..<br /> As we waited for the clouds to shift and go someplace, the sun would duck behind a dark cloud... I did use shadow on this...looks best in larger sizes.<br /> Happy Monday!

  • "On Cloud 9"<br /> So happy, I got my new iPhone 4s..Thank you Apple...my old one was so dead, every time i turned it on the battery would instantly go to 10%..<br /> So when we were up at the lake last weekend, I happened to look up and there was this lovely Cloud 9! No photoshop, just crop and a bit of shadow..Wishing you all a lovely Cloud 9 weekend! Thank you to everyone for the comments on my shots..I really appreciate them.
